Events at Dream Kingdom

 

Festival of Cultures
This Spring, celebrate several cultural celebrations throughout the park. It's the biggest party in Texas!
  • The Chinatown area of Waterfront Square is decked out for Chinese New Year.
  • The New Orleans area of Frontierland is decked for Mardi Gras.
  • Several booths sell food from around the world.
  • Main Street is decked in a festive Carnival way.
  • Themed food and merchandise is sold.
  • A festive new parade comes through, featuring Mulan, Tiana, and others.
  • A new stage show happens, where Mickey and Minnie get guests pumped up for the celebration.

Super Hero Summer
In the Summer, special experiences arise when the heroes of the MCU unite:
  • Themed food and merchandise is sold.
  • Guests can take part in the Contest of Champions, a new game similar to Dream Kingdom Defenders where they battle supervillains throughout Possibilityland.
  • A new show happens on the Possibilityland stage, featuring many super heroes.

Halloween Time
A spooky spell has been cast over the Dream Kingdom and guests are invited to take part in it:
  • Main Street is decorated with pumpkins and autumn leaves.
  • The Thunder Mesa section of Frontierland features a Dia de Los Muertos celebration inspired by Coco.
  • Themed food and merchandise are sold.
  • Jack Skellington and Sally meet on Main Street.
  • Guests can also attend Mickey's Frightfully Fun Halloween Party, which features these offerings:
    • Trick-or-Treating throughout the park.
    • Mickey's Halloween Haunts Parade: A new parade comes through, featuring characters in costumes as well as Disney Villains, the citizens of Halloween town, and others.
    • Disney's Spellcasting Halloween Spectacular: In order to make Halloween extra magical this year, the Sanderson Sisters have returned, inviting villains, ghosts, and Halloween Town residents to help them enchant the park.
    • Disney's Once Upon a Halloween Dream Firework Show: This spooky firework spectacular comes to life at night. Here, Madame Leota summons several Halloween characters to help bring in the Halloween spirit.

Holidays at Dream Kingdom
When Christmas comes around, the whole park is decked out for the holidays. Here, guests can engage in special experiences that are sure to be wonderful:
  • Themed food and merchandise are sold.
  • Main Street and the castle are decorated with Holiday cheer.
  • Guests can meet Santa in Harbor Square.
  • Guests can countdown to midnight on New Years' Eve.
  • Guests can also experience Mickey's Magically Merry Christmas Party, which features these offerings:
    • Carolers come through Main Street.
    • Mickey's Happy Holidays Christmas Parade: This is a fun parade featuring Disney characters and they celebrate the most wonderful time of the year.
    • Mickey's Ring in the Season Stage Show: Guests from many Disney films come and help Mickey and his friends ring in the holidays, and who knows? A certain man in red might make an appearance.
    • Disney's Once Upon a Christmas Dream Firework Show: When night falls, a musical, magical show plays on the castle, lighting up the park. This features many projections themed to the holidays, with special appearances by Mickey, Minnie, and others.
