Dream Kingdom: Main Street, U.S.A.
Like most castle parks, guests enter the park through Main Street. Recreating a Midwestern American town at the turn of the Twentieth Century, this area takes inspiration from Walt Disney's childhood home of Marceline, Missouri. What sets this apart from other Main Streets is that it has tunnels into nearby lands that are not accessible from the hub.
After going through the main gates, guests will come across a floral Mickey below the train station. They will then enter the town square through one of two tunnels on both sides of the hill. On the left side is City Hall, where guests can find help and services. In the town square, they can also go up to the train station and board the Disneytopia Railroad, which departs to Frontierland. On the right side of the square is Mickey and the Magic Hat, an original stage show. Guests can also meet Mickey himself in Mickey's Magic Room near the theater. Near City Hall is the Firehouse, where guests can pick up wands and sign up for Dream Kingdom Defenders, a park-wide interactive game similar to Sorcerers of the Magic Kingdom, where they defend the park against Disney Villains.
Going up the street, guests can find many options for shopping and dining. On the left is the Emporium, the park's biggest store, and the Gibson Gal Ice Cream Parlor. On the right is Crystal Arts, Main Street Deli, and Dapper Dan's Barber Shop. An intersecting street breaks this block from another one, and this street connects tunnels that serve as alternate entrances to Harbor Square and Possibilityland. Further up the street is Walt's American Restaurant and Disney Clothing Company on the left and Candy Corner and Photo Parlor on the right. Guests can go down the street on Horse-Drawn Streetcars or an Omnibus, which takes them from the square to the hub and vice versa. Around this area is where the Main Street Marching Band and the Dapper Dans perform as well.
When guests finally reach the hub, they find a park in the center with the iconic "Partners" statue of Walt and Mickey. On both sides of the park are restaurants. Parkside Cafe is an outdoor quick service restaurant while the Plaza Inn Restaurant is a fancier table service option. Going clockwise around the hub, guests find entrances to Frontierland, Adventureland, Fantasyland, and Possibilityland. Behind the hub is the Enchanted Fairytale Castle, which serves as an alternate entrance to Fantasyland.

When doing Main Street, I wanted it to be classic-feeling. I chose to bring the early 1900s feel to it to make it feel like the other parks in America. I know that the generation that remembers this time period has died off, but it still is nostalgic for many. It shows what America used to be like, and since it is based off of Walt's hometown, it kind of connects the guests to him in a way.

Love the 1900s feel to it! You know, we never spend much time on Main Street, but it might be nice to one day.
