Dream Kingdom: Tomorrowland

In a thin part of the park is an optimistic look into the future. Here, Tomorrowland returns to its realistic roots, even though it tries to stay contemporary in its attractions. No showcase of current technology or ideas. To prevent it from becoming yesterday, this Tomorrowland focuses on things such as progress, electric vehicles, space exploration, problem solving, and even far-fetched ideas like time travel.

When guests enter from the hub, they walk down a futuristic alleyway between two large, high-tech buildings. On the left is Walt Disney's Carousel of Progress. This is not a relocation of the Magic Kingdom show, but a second incarnation of it, with an ending featuring Walt Disney's Progress City (an idea that would evolve into EPCOT.) This exits into Galaxy Gifts. On the right is Time Adventures, a trackless dark ride where guests travel through time, visiting places such as Feudal Japan, the Old West, the Prehistoric age, and even Walt Disney's dedication of Disneyland in 1955. The ride exits into the Chronostore. Also exiting into Galaxy Gifts is the Constellation Theater, an entertaining show telling of certain constellations and the mythology behind them.

Going into the main plaza, guests come across an elevated tower where they can ride Jet-Pacs, a spinner ride based off of a concept found in Shanghai. Also here is the loading station for the Peoplemover, which takes guests on an aerial tour of Tomorrowland and Possibilityland. To the left is Futuristic Foods, a snack stand, and Electric Eats, a quick service restaurants. Also over here is the Tomorrowland station for the Disneytopia Railroad, which heads to Main Street, and the Electric Speedway, similar to Autopia. However, the big attraction here is Space Mountain. This classic coaster exits into the Space Supply Store.

Finally, near the border with Possibilityland is a futuristic expo-type pavilion. Here, guests can ride Cnetury 22, where they can see possible solutions and achievements in the future and then get to plan their own future, like on Spaceship Earth. Also in the area is Progress Pizza.

This was kind of a tricky area to make. I wanted a realistic view of the future, but I also didn't want a view that would quickly become outdated. So I tried this..... I added things like Time Adventures and Space Mountain so that it wouldn't feel boring, but I also balanced that with educational attractions like Century 22, the Carousel of Progress, and the Constellation Theater. Hopefully I got the right balance here.
