Cinematic Kingdom: Worlds of Pixar

This is where the worlds of the groundbreaking animation studio comes to life. In three separate areas, guests can be immersed in the worlds of some of their favorite Pixar movies.

Guests enter the land from underneath a giant Luxo, Jr. lamp with the words "You've Got a Friend in Me" underneath it. From there, they will enter the streets of Monstropolis from Monsters, Inc. On the right side of the area is The Pixar Store, where guests can buy Pixar merchandise and even meet other characters from Pixar movies near a giant Luxo, Jr. lamp and a Pixar ball. Further down are the restaurants Monster Menu and Harryhausen's, the latter of which is a Japanese restaurant inspired by one seen in the film. On the left side of the area is a recreation of the Monsters, Inc. factory building, where guests can ride Monsters, Inc. Ride-and-go-Seek, similar to a ride found in Tokyo Disneyland. It exits into Monsters, Inc. Power Supply.

Guests will eventually come to a fork in the road. If they choose to go left, they will enter a recreation of Radiator Springs from the Cars movies. This is basically a scaled-down version of Cars Land in Disney's California Adventure. On the right side, guests can experience Fillmore's Taste-In and Sarge's Surplus Hut, while on the left is Cozy Cone Treats. On the next block is Flo's Cafe on the right and Luigi's Pizza and the Radiator Springs Curios on the left. At the end of the street is City Hall, where guests can take a passage to the loading area for Radiator Springs Racers, an extended version of the California ride. It exits into the Racer's Den gift shop.

Last of all, going right will take guests into an indoors area themed to Toy Story. This is supposed to make them feel like they're in Andy's room. Here, guests can ride kiddie rides such as Woody's Carousel, Alien Spinners, and Slinky Dog Spin, or eat at Woody's Lunch Box. The key attraction here is Toy Story Midway Mania! which exits into the gift shop Barrel of Monkeys.

So this is how I came up with this area. I put the worlds of Pixar I would've liked to see together, and then I added in the Pixar Store to extend to more films that were not represented. Although I was hesitant to include Radiator Springs, mainly because it already exists in California, I thought it would add more thrill to the area with its ride.
