Cinematic Kingdom: Kingdom of Arendelle

In this magical land, guests are placed in the middle of the wintry world from the hit animated film, Frozen. Guests can explore this land and discover the kingdom's many wonders, and perhaps they will see a familiar face or two.

When they first enter the land through an icy spire with the phrase "Do You Want to Build a Snowman?" underneath it, guests come into a forest region. Here, they can see Elsa's ice palace atop the North Mountain. Going through the forest is Kristoff and Sven's Mountain Sleighs, a family coaster. The ride exits into Wandering Oaken's, which is inspired by the trading post seen in the film. Guests can also go into the palace and eat at Elsa's Dining Hall, where princesses dine with the guests. Towards the end of the forest is the Sommerhaus Reception Hall, where guests can meet Anna and Elsa.

Soon, guests will enter the village itself. Here is where they can eat at the Village Tavern, Olaf's Ice Cream, or Aurora Inn, and they can also shop at the Arendelle Market. In this area is a theater where Frozen: Live at the Royal Theater plays. Towards the back of the land is the castle, where guests can ride an extended version of Frozen Ever After. The ride exits into Winter Wonders.

When coming up with a lace to put Frozen, I played around with a few things. I thought about putting it in Nautical Kingdom, but then I realized that I was struggling to find a fourth immersive land for Cinematic Kingdom, so I went with this. I think it and Worlds of Pixar cooperate well as family areas.

  1. Very fun! Kids would love this! The coaster is a nice touch to add a bit of thrill. I love that it’s winter here all year long!
